Administration
Board meetings are generally on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6 pm. These may be changed, especially in summer, please call ahead to confirm if you plan to attend. Meetings are held in the Venell Farms conference room.
Annual Meeting is held the first Tuesday in January at 6 pm potluck dinner and 7 pm meeting. Warden Farms hosts the annual meeting.
As the GID has no office, Venell Farms provides a mailing address, while business is conducted out of the manager's home office. It is a goal of the board of directors and manager to keep overhead costs to a minimum.
GID is administered by a three person board of directors with 3 year terms. The manager is secretary to the board.
